Deposits: For reservations made prior to February 1, 2010 $100 deposit will hold your cabin until February 1, 2010; when the balance of the deposit will be due.
For reservations made after February 1, 2010 the entire deposit is due within 10 days. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks or Cashier's Checks or Cash.
Cancellations: Cancellations made by February 1, 2010 your deposit will be returned. Cancellations after February 1, 2010 your deposit (minus a $50 booking fee) will be returned, providing the unit is re-rented.
Once you occupy the unit, you are responsible for payment for the entire time of your reservation.

Guest Phone: Private guest phone available 24 hours a day. Phone card
needed for long distance. We have one hour phone cards available for
$5.
Summer Daily Rates: Please call or e-mail for openings and rates. No Friday/Saturday combinations from May 29 - August 24. Two night minimum.
Children: Children 2 and under stay FREE - Cribs, high-chairs are no charge, but must be reserved prior to arrival.
No Pets Please.
All units are non-smoking, air conditioned & have wireless internet.
Please bring Kitchen Hand & Bath Towels. Linens are furnished.
Sales Tax: All prices subject to 5.5% sales tax.

Boat Launching:
We have a blacktop boat launch. You may
launch your boat on premises free of charge. If you would like your boat launched and pulled out, there will be a one time charge of $10.
