General Lodging & Reservation Information
Deposits: For reservations made prior to February 1st, $100 deposit will hold your cabin until February 1st; when the balance of the deposit will be due.
For reservations made after February 1st, the entire deposit is due within 10 days. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks, Cashier’s Checks or Cash.
Cancellations: Cancellations made by February 1st, your deposit will be returned. Cancellations after February 1st, your deposit (minus a $50 booking fee) will be returned, providing the unit is re-rented.
Once you occupy the unit, you are responsible for payment for the entire time of your reservation.
Children: Children 2 and under stay FREE – Cribs, high-chairs are no charge, but must be reserved prior to arrival.
No Pets Please.
All units are non-smoking, air conditioned & have wireless internet.
Please Bring Kitchen Hand & Bath Towels. Linens are Furnished.
Sales Tax: All prices subject to 5.5% sales tax. All rates subject to change without notice.

One docking space included with each cabin (your boat or resort boat), Two docking spaces are included for cabin 7.

Boat Launch
We have a blacktop boat launch. You may launch your boat on premises free of charge. If you would like your boat launched and pulled out, there will be a one time charge of $20.
Pontoon Rentals

20ft. Pontoon includes: 40 hp with power anchors, and includes fish locator, 4 pedestal seats, running lights, power trim, live well, canopy, life jackets and swimming ladder.
